Dear joister team,
Firstly please be apprise of the fact that i am being in relation with joister for almost 2 years, and since this year i am facing serious continuous service issues, my broadband connection is getting disconnected or not working. I have logged several complains but issues remains unresolved.
It seems that the joister no longer works in way of providing services to its clients, and hence i demand refund of my subscription charges.
The refund is towards as follows
1. For each day when broadband connection was not working. Refer my complain history and log history.
2. Compensation for hardship which i, my family, friends and my maid suffered.
3. Breach of covenant of providing regular uninterrupted broadband services.
Please note, i am putting this as a official correspondence to you and i demand my subscription fees refund within 3 working days, failing to which i will be constrained to take this up legally on a judiciary forum. Nonetheless joister, it's directors and promoter shall be sole responsible for all legal, liquidated and litigation cost and expenses.
