Joister Broadband — Worst customer service ever | |||
My user id with the service provider is "huzefas" (email - shakir.[protected]@gmail.com). i have pre-paid for 1 year service starting from april 2016. internet stops working frequently and on an average is not functional 2-3 days every week. calls made to their grant road office are never answered. now my broadband internet is not working since 5th july, for which i have registered a complaint with the head office but to no help. i want my money back and also the compensation for the loss i have suffered.
