Jubilant Foodworks Limited — delivery of pizza in pune not received

Respected sir,
This is the first time i had such a harrowing experience!! Hope you will help resolve the issue soon.
Yesterday i placed an order for pizza from dominos. As per the webpage filled up the details of address as it says to point in the location we live.
At the end made the payment via freecharge. Immediately i received below message :

You paid rs 1777 via freecharge at dominos (Orderid [protected]).

This order was placed at noon 1 pm. After an hour i started making calls to follow up with the order. The only response i got was no order is placed. I frantically called every center at kothrud pune till 5:30 pm.
Also followed up with free charge and their response is as below:

As per our earlier communication, the transaction is successful, and the payment was credited to dominos.in case of any query about the successful transaction, please get in touch with the merchant on [protected]@payu.in.
In the event merchant confirms that the payment is not credited from freecharge against this transaction, please get back to us along with the screenshot of the communication so that we can take it up further.
We will keep an eye out for your response.
