K K Indane Enterprises — Non delivery of gas cylinder

The KK Indane LPG cylinder distributor near Devrabesanahalli, Bangalore does not deliver the cylinder to the house in a timely manner. The cash memo (No. [protected]) got generated on 19th Oct and I am yet to receive the cylinder. I have made numerous calls to them most of which they don't bother to pick-up and the ones that they do pick up, they speak rudely and ask me to call them back in an hour citing some silly and vague reason. This is not the first time either. This happens every single time. Every time I book a cylinder I am made to call them atleast 10 times and go to their office 3 times before they deliver the cylinder to my house.
