Kallada G4 Travels — cancellation of ticket by the travel agency without sound reasons | |||
I had booked a ticket through mobikwik portal for bus from changanacherry to bangalore by kallada g4 bus. Reference no is ts[protected]oaqg on 2nd oct'17 for one seat and the amount of rs. 1283 towards the cost of bus ticket. After few hours, the bus agency kallada g4 travels calls on my mobile phone to inform that there is no such bus available and they are unaware how such a link got activitated by mobikwik and they would return the money. Not only has kallada g4 travels has put me in difficulty but there is no refund at this point of time. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi this is sanal from thrissur today i had a worst issue my travelling schedule is 3:45 am from thrissur to trivandrum but the bus came and went at 3:15 also the bus guy was rude blabbering something.so such instances need to be punished also i need explanation i will attach my ticket along with my complaint.so kindly do the needful at the eod..
