Eticket cancellation charges above 12 h is charged at 50%. Even if the cancellation is done 25 days before the charges are 50%. This is looting business and there is no ombudsman when the government is pushing for electronic transactions. There should be reasonable cancellation charges to avoid operators run the business in loss, however, cancellation of 50% for ticket which they will assign or confirm from others is looting.
