Eticket cancellation charges above 12 h is charged at 50%. Even if the cancellation is done 25 days before the charges are 50%. This is looting business and there is no ombudsman when the government is pushing for electronic transactions. There should be reasonable cancellation charges to avoid operators run the business in loss, however, cancellation of 50% for ticket which they will assign or confirm from others is looting....

Today at 8 30 airbus from madiwala my cousin joseph babu was leaving for trisssur. I am suppose to send my documents with him to kerala. So I was waiting for him to come near kallada office in the main road. But the bus driver mislead him and took him to maruthi nagar office. So I rushed there. When he reached there the office staff (name I do not know) told him the stop is that side. By then I also reached there. I was very much disturbed...
