I have booked a bus ticket from delhi to beawar on dated 10.03.2016 from authorisied booking ofc of kalpana travels pvt ltd from khanna market, fatahpuria, near old delhi railway station, delhi. I pay rs 300/- for one seat from delhi to beawar at 4:00 pm and departure time is 8:30 pm, when bus arrived at booking office aroung 8:15 pm, bus conductor asked rs 300/- for a small lugage when i tried to contact booking ofc, bus owner (As per his statement) said we are taking rajnigandha so our uche log uchi pasand, so our luggage charges is complasary and alos hire side from other. I have small buggage of my clothes and grocery items and after 10-12 minutes when he found that extra pessenger is booked by himself he return my money forcly and said i was not allowed to travel at last stage of travel time. In future i never travell and wont advice to others to travel from kalpana travels pvt ltd.

Whole gallery fully packed with luggage. There is no space for a single foot. Extra passengers also sitting in gallery over luggage. In lower sleeper my father who is 65 yrs of age cant sit and come out from the bearth. Bus no 8888 and seat no is s19
