I opted one year subscription plan from kappa internet service in Udaipur, Rajasthan. In recent past 4-5 months i am facing internet connection cut off after every mintue or two. I even made mobile complaints at local and Kota level made many times but no solution was provided. The local person checked and confirmed the problem but my problem is not yet resolved.
The Udaipur kappa person is asking me to change the device to new device which has been recently launched here in Udaipur to resolve the issue. Since i subscribed for one year subscription and at that time my device was competent enough for kappa company to provide me my plan services. Then why in the mid of the contact Kappa is trying to put extra burden of money over my pocket.
The company even changed the plans in the mid but that benefits were not provided to old customers.Then why are they are asking us to make the device change. And my old device is functioning well enough then whats the issue in providing me my plan speed without interruption. They have no answers and are not resolving my problem.
