I opted one year subscription plan from kappa internet service in Udaipur, Rajasthan. In recent past 4-5 months i am facing internet connection cut off after every mintue or two. I even made mobile complaints at local and Kota level made many times but no solution was provided. The local person checked and confirmed the problem but my problem is not yet resolved.
The Udaipur kappa person is asking me to change the device to new device...

Sir we are using kappa internet from last 4 months we have charged it in last month by paying 3000 rs. From last 6 days it stopped working in our city. Neither dealer nor the head office at kota rajasthan telling us the truth
My mobile no is [protected] we live on rajsamand rajasthan please look in this matter seriously now we have no option except to go for consumer court regards...

i bought a home user net connection from from kappa net services, kota in month of june 2011. details are as follows-
Amount paid Rs. 4400/- for a year
Data for useage 20 GB
Free 2 hours daily 10 p.m to 11.59 p.m.
This free hours will run till useage data expire.
now my net is being disconnect in every 2 min and kappa net has refused me to sort out this problem.
