Karnataka State Open University — KSOU and NIIT both are criminals and cheats‏

I had enrolled to lateral entry to B.Sc (IT) 3rd Semester Karnataka State Open University year 2003/Jan. I completed each of the examination of B.Sc (IT) course and not yet received degree certificate for more than 10 years now. I asked for degree certificate before, never recieved it and lost hope. I followed up with Karnataka State Open University recently, spoke to Mr. Chandan[protected] over call after multiple attempts on 7th May 201; sent them the copies of all mark sheets along with the proscribed fees along with convocation form. I have sent the courier on 7-May-2015 and it has been delivered on 11-May-2015. They replied me after 3 weeks over speed post, saying that they have recieved form, fees (Demand Draft of INR 1400/- Demand Draft# 230085 ICICI Bank, New Delhi) and asked for last semester mark-sheet. I posted them the last semester mark sheet the next day and kept on following-up since then, have not yet heard from them. I am feeling very unfortunate to enroll myself with Karanatak State Open University. I am in need to degree certificate and hope that you can issue my most deserving degree at the earliest. Now it has been over a 3-4 months after my latest attempt to get back my deserving graduation degree, I have not received any reply, I am worried and in despair. Due to degree documents, I am not able to pursue any post graduation course. I am in an urgent need of B.Sc (IT) graduation degree for my life and career. A humble request with folded hands to consider my request along with application and issue me with B.Sc (IT) Provisional Certificate and degree certificate. With folded hands, I beg you to provide me with the degree certificate of BSc (IT). In case of any concern, please let me know. Kindly help. Any acknowledgement to this mail will be highly appreciated.
