Dear vodafone,
My number [protected] without my knowledge sms service blocked. I asked reason to your customer care, they said commercial and bulk sms sending. But i know last one year not used sms. Please activate the sms service.
Because single sms failure, i have faced more problems in my personal life. And your store people also don't know how to clear this issue. Please need your valuable support.
