Kartish.com — Receive a power bank instead of mobile

I was book redmi note 3 (3 gb ram - 32 gb external memory) mobile phone but the company was send a power bank.
I have received my parcel on 31st october 2016 behalf of kartish.com as per inv no. 7100470, biller id-7114 via tallygunj post office (speed post code - 951147).
