Two times transaction of amount 2, 887.20 INR has been failed to credit vendor IRCTC account but my account has been debited. Same issue again repeated during bill payment of airtel. All failed transaction detail with amount given below:
IRCTC Ticket booking:
13 Oct 2019 [protected]-PAYTMIRCTCECATERING [protected] 13 Oct 2019 2, 887.20

13 Oct 2019 [protected]-PAYTMIRCTCECATERING [protected] 13 Oct 2019 2, 887.20

Airtel bill pay:
15 Oct 2019 [protected]-CITRUSAIRTEL [protected] 15 Oct 2019 475.00

All these problem due to browser was under Kaspersky Internet Security. So please help me to resolve this issue.
