Kaya Skin Clinic — Mismanagement at the clinic

This is my experience in Kaya Clinic, Phoenix mall, Whitefield! Until you take a package you are treated well, your questions are answered with patience, once you pay the money you are treated differently, you are made to rush your sittings so that your package gets over and you have to take maintenance packages. Even though there should be a gap of 2-3 months for one sitting they make you do 2 sittings within a month. The staff is totally unorganised, the manager is extremely rude and has mood swings. She doesn’t know how to deal with clients, no patience and not willing to answer queries. There is no other Kaya clinic in the vicinity. Have to deal with the nuisance until the package gets over.
