[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — need refund for the package, not satisfied with the services

I took isb package from kaya at roughly 15000rs for 6 sessions. Out of 6 sessions, i had taken one session till now and i didn't find the session very useful. I started getting so many pimples after the procedure. Also, i am not satisfied with the service they provide. Even if you book prior appointment they let their customers wait for an hour.

The main issue is i am getting pimples after laser treatment and it is not at all effective. When i called them to refund the money for leftover sessions after deducting the money for the first session, they are not ready to refund the amount.

Moreover, before charging such a high cost they should inform the customer that the amount is non refundable. They have mentioned it on their bill that it is not refundable. So only when you pay the amount, then only you will come to know that the amount is not refundable.

This is total fraudulence as if i am not satisfied with the service, the amount should be refunded for the remaining services.

I need my money back for the rest of the 5 sessions. You can deduct the cost of one session and refund my money back. If it is not refundable they should inform customers prior to payment. As they should not charge in advance for such sensitive treatments. The amount is very high. What shall i do now if it is not suiting my skin.

Please help in getting my refund as it is a large amount.
