[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Poor customer service

I am getting laser treatment from kaya faridabad centre. I booked an appointment for 8th nov at 11 am and reached the centre accordingly. I was asked to wait for more than an hour inspite of having an appointment. After one hour also no one came up n I went to the receiption n got my account transferred to another branch and left the centre without treatment. Atleast customer service and satisfaction should be priority and appointment should be given only when it's available. Horrifying experience !!! I want an action against it!! Customer don't have extra time that's wot appointments are meant for!!
