I went to kaya clinic located at pusa road. i consult a dermatologist. she recommended me sunscreen, toner and cleansing gel. i used those products only for a day and i got reactions, irritation and marks on my skin.. then when i went again the doctor said stop using these products. i complained 3 times on their toll free no. i went to clinic but nobody is giving any response.

i want my money refund bcoz i consulted the doctor then bought those products.The manager and staff of the centre came across to be very unprofessional as no satisfactory answer was given.Their services are very poor.

i recieved a call from kaya head office and i got my product exchanged. However they did not suggest any other alternative or solution to my problem and i had to visit another cosmetologist to get it rectified.
