Kelloggs — Found maggots/larvae in Kellogg's corn flakes with real almond & honey

I bought Kellogg's corn flakes with real almond & honey on 28-Nov- from Star Bazaar, Seasons Mall, Pune. I opened this package last week. Today (24-Dec-2015) my mother was pouring milk in the bowl of Kellogg's Corn Flakes (with real almond & honey) and she noticed something in her bowl. She initially thought that it will be a small peace of flake but when she checked closely, it was dead a maggot (larva). Refer attached photographs (on index finger). I checked my my cabinets where the cereal box was placed. I found nothing. I also looked inside other cereal boxes at my home and there was no larva. Later on I opened the Kallogg's package (original box) and found living maggots creeping in the cornflakes (Refer one picture). I also have video of this. I have also reported this to Kellogg's customer care number and shared the MFG date/time/batch number (18OCT15/08:58/T3A181015). Customer Care executive asked to keep this package and will give me the replacement. Also sent an email to their consumer ID with photos and video. How can such a reputed brand releases this type of cereals to consumer. Replacement will not be a solution to this problem. Please suggest. Regards, Amit Sood [protected] [protected]@gmail.comm
