Kellogg's India — Small black insects in the pack of kellogg's oats

Opened a pack of oats today dated11th august 2021 with an expiry of sept. 21 but there were a large no. Of insects in it..i purchased this pk from the best price ...
I think i[censored]r pdts expire before date then the company should seriously think to change the expiry date of the products...
Am unable to attach the cicked pics of oats with insects ..i can send it if there is other means to send it
