I bought Kent Pearl Water Purifier 1and half months
before. It took two weeks to complete the installation.
Warranty Card: No warranty card found in the box. I asked for the warranty card
to Kent customer service No.
Gejalakshi told me to get Warranty Card and get delivered. So Far no
warranty card delivered.
I registered a compliant on 17 Mar 2014 that Kent is not purifying the
Water. I called Customer service again. One technican visited my house
but no improvement. Called the Customer Service again. Customer
service Bala spoke to me and arrange for Senior Technician for the
same. No updates for senior technician visit as of today. Called the
Bala and Gejalakshmi three times but no updates on service as well as
Warranty Card.
IN the middle, Water got leaked in the down of Water Purifier.
Technican came and fixed that but nothing fixed for purifier problem.
I had spent Rs.17000 to get rid of buying Water Cane. But I am
