[Resolved]  Kent — kent ro water purifier

‪sending for 2nd time. Sending unsealed products for replacement is totally unethical. Facing water problem back to back within 20 days.‬ fyi last service was done on 08 june 2019 and was reminded the attending service technician about the parts which was used for replacement but he said kent does not provide sealed parts.
‪worst customer service provided by nc sales service, new alipur, kolkata - 700053. Getting cheated with replacement with used damaged product. ‬this service centre is repeatedly using used parts as replacement under amc and cheating customers resulting we have suffered with our appliance recently.

Sir After regular service provided by dealer the pump of RO got burnt two times in one year with the plea that in summer it is not suitable to run in dar hours. than why the company do not manufacture the sunner suitable RO
