This is Deepa Agrawal, I own a KENT RO with serial number KR[protected], installed at my residence address 1C/4S, CMPDI colony, Kanke Road, Ranchi -834008. I requested for regular service of my machine for cleaning and maintenance. A technician name Mr. anjan Kumar, visited my house on 06.05.2023 and checked the machine changed few parts and then went. After he has gone I have noticed next day that machine was not working, again I called customer care abd complaint the same and the same guy Mr. Anjani Kumar visited my house on 08.05.2023 morning and he did something and said machine will now work. Again when I came back from office the machine was not working. It was really irritating and frustrating coz I am not able to get the drinking water. So, I called Mr. Anjani Kumar complaining about the same then he says "mai kya karu, meko kyun call kar rahe, customer care per karo etc.. etc.. (in very rude and insulting tone). I asked him that you visited twice and still the machine is not working then whom should I say, it's your incompetence then says "jo karna hai karle, meko call mat karna etc etc.. The conversation was very rude and very insulting to me. I want that such incompetent persons should be taken care of coz a customer we don't expect so. Some action must be taken against Mr. Anjani Kumar to avoid such things in future with other customers too.
Presently, my machine is not working and I have again complained on Kent service centre. I request to never send Mr. Anjani Kumar at my home and send some better or more competent person at my house to address the problem.
