Kent RO — After service ro is not working properly | |||||
Dear Sir, I had purchased Kent Grand+ RO on 30/06/2015 and installed on 05/07/2015 from "AQUAIR SERVICE POINT, Khurram Nagar, Ring Road, Lucknow". After service which has been carried out on 01/07/2016 it got developed some serious technical snag due to which it is not purifying water. After that I am continuously trying to contact them but no body is responding. Today is its last date of warranty. Kindly arrange to fix the problem today otherwise we will be resorted to Consumer Forum.
