Had lodged a complaint for RO not purifying the water, complained was attended by an engineer who changed the SV but the SV that was changed was an refurbished one with a note on top stating Guarantee till 11/2016, today is Jan/2016 my query is what is the policy for AMC do you guys put refurbished stuff. When I asked the engineer he said why do you worry sir you have AMC.
Secondly the engineer who came took a screw from my RO and he was so irate and I'll behaved please check you have better technicians and they do not bring bad name to the company.

Updated by Ruchir Pant Another thing to add is the technician had mentioned in Kent that he had checked the TDS value of the water which is a complete false, he did not check the TDS not sure why you have so rogue and con technicians ???
