[Resolved] Kent RO — AMC paid for 3 years on Jan'21 but no service provided till date

Pearl Infotech Chowdeshwari Layout, Marathahalli, Bangalore.

I have 3 year AMC amount of Rs.13000 on 13th Jan'21 covering AMC for period 13th Jan'21 to 13th Jan'24. Case Id :[protected]; Pearl Infotech, Marathahalli Bangalore has collected this money vide Receipt no 657. But till date, not even one service was provided to me. Have got couple of calls from customer care who said they will look into it, but no response. The contact numbers provided in Pearl Infotech is also not reachable.

Updated by Sundari Sethuraman I need a refund of this AMC amount Rs. 13, 000 paid by me. Or extend the services by one more year till 2025 (to cover for the year elapsed without service) and move this to a different distributor who provides proper services. I never expected this kind of services from Kent. Had I known about the quality of service earlier, I wouldn't have chosen Kent product in first place.
