Kent RO — Business scam in the name of service

Mail - 1 on[protected] to kent service

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. This is to inform you that I registered a service request on[protected] and my case ID is[protected]

2. Yesterday (i.e., on[protected], I got a call from your technician that he will be coming for service but did not turn up.

3. My service request was closed yesterday itself by your technician without visiting to my surprise. Today (i.e., on[protected], I got one more call from your technician and said that he will be coming today for service.

4. Today morning he visited my home and started doing business. He has denied to do service unless I buy the new filters. I have changed all the parts of my filter on[protected]. I asked him to clear the dust and clean it.

5. He is asking me to buy AMC or else buy new parts. From the past 4 years, I have been replacing filters once per year. From the past 4 years, service is being done by one technician and he has not turned up this time. New technician named Mr. Chandan Yadav was sent who has some attitude issues.

6. Please send the old or senior technician and get the problem solved as early as possible as we are facing water problem since the date of service registration.

2) Today I faced a pathetic situation because of your technician. He literally stopped my filter working and left off as we didn’t agree to his demand of replacing the filters.

3) How can he stop my working machine when called for service ? If you don’t want to do service, keep the machine as it was. Now it completely stopped working.

4) I demand you to bring my machine to the original state. In the name of technicians, why are sending such goons? Now my family is suffering without purified water because of the thief you sent in the name of technician.

5) I want my issue to get resolved as soon as possible.

Mail-3 on[protected] to Kent Level -3 escalation

1) Please refer to trailing mail.

2) After series of below mentioned incidents, your ASM called me and clearly said that he has identified the machine’s issue and I will have to change carbon filters which costs 1100/- rupees. He also said that my machine will work fine after changing of filters. So in total it would cost 1400/- rupees including visiting charges.

3) Today I was not in my home and your technician arrived by calling me. My dad was present in my home. He made a bill of 2950/- rupees saying that alarm beep sound cannot be stopped unless choke is to be replaced.

4) After going home, I came to know about this game play. On the words of your Area Service Manager (ASM), I called technician believing I have to pay the sum of 1400/- rupees.( 1300/- Rs after discounting 100/- rs on visiting fee by your ASM).

5) I failed to understand why am I being charged 2950/- twice in the span of 8 months of time even after our society’s water TDS level is low.
6) Service Rates for repair by your employees

A) First technician rate for repair: 2400/- rupees
B) ASM repair rate : 1300/- rupees
C) Final paid amount for repair : 2950/- rupees.

7) I am completely disappointed with the way your employees treated your customer and I request you to take action on them. Also I lost the trust completely with KENT witnessing these pathetic incidents from the last three days.

KENT in my region is not doing service as per their standards. They are just doing business scams in the name of service. I also want to highlight that I am restricting this KENT scam to only my region (Panvel, Raigarh Dist. 410206). I am writing this here on this platform as my family suffered because of delay in service and also I went through mental agony and torture by their technicians and managers. Hoping some justice in any form. At least this should not get repeated with my fellow citizens who work hard to earn few bucks and lose money with these type of business scams in the name of service.
