Kent RO — Cheated by Tanmoy Mondal sales agent of Kent RO

I have been cheated by Tanmoy Mondal, a sales agent of Kent RO. The details of the unfortunate event are as under: -
1. On 4th April, 2024, as per my query of Kent Iron Removal Filter on website, I get a SMS from Kent RO company assigning Tanmoy Mondal of Burdwan, West Bengal with his contact number to assist my purchase.
2. Tanmoy Mondal calls me up with the mobile number as shared by the Kent RO Company.
3. He assures to send me Kent Iron Removal Filter.
4. He sends me a bill of ₹ 25, 000/- and a QR Code for payment.
5. Believing him and the Kent RO, I made the payment in his QR Code.
6. On 6th April, 2024, after continues pursual he sends me the tracking slip of the courier in which he had sent the product.
7. In the address of the tracking slip, phone number given was of Tanmoy Mondal. I raised objection and requested him to make corrections in the address. I was told that it won’t be an issue. Since I could some how track the consignment with tracking ID, I didn’t pursue the issue of phone number any further.
8. On 8th April, 2024, I tried tracking the consignment with the tracking ID, to my surprise I found COD written on it. I again raised the issue with Tanmoy Mondal. I was again assured that it would be shorted out.
9. On 14th April, 2024, by tracking the consignment I could see that the product had reached my location but not delivered due to COD issue, so I once again requested him to make corrections in the COD.
10. On 22nd April, 2024, since Tanmoy Mondal was not making any correction to the COD in my delivery address because of which the product was not being delivered to me in spite of having reached my location a week a back, I suggested that I’ll make the payment again as in COD, so requested him to deposit the COD amount of ₹ 18, 000/- (Eighteen thousand) in my account.
11. He agreed and asked for my account details.
12. As discussed over phone, I sent a photo of leaf of my cheque book to Tanmoy Mondal on WhatsApp.
13. But till today, he has only been giving me assurances over assurances and I am yet to get the COD amount of ₹ 18, 000/- (Eighteen thousand)
14. On 23rd April, 2024, believing the assurance given by Tanmoy Mondal of depositing the COD amount to my bank account, I paid the COD amount of ₹ 18, 000/- (Eighteen thousand) and collected the Kent Iron Remover from the courier thereby paying ₹ 43, 000/- (Rs 25, 000 as pre-payment + ₹ 18, 000 as COD) for a product with the actual cost of just ₹ 22, 000/- (Twenty-two thousand)
15. The actual invoice found attached with the product shows that cost of the product is just ₹ 22, 000/- (Twenty-two thousand).
16. In spite of pre-payment of ₹ 25, 000/-, a balance of ₹ 18, 000/- is shown in the actual invoice found attached with the product, which I had to pay again as COD to the courier.
17. Therefore, I have been made to pay ₹ 21, 000/- (Twenty-one thousand) extra by Tanmoy Mondal.
18. I genuinely believe that this entire game plan is not guided by the reputed company like Kent RO.
19. I also genuinely believe that the Kent RO company would make Tanmoy Mondal deposit back the extra amount of ₹ 21, 000/- to my account and punish him suitably for harassing a genuine customer.
