This is regarding Kent RO service, 1 month back my RO's motor got replaced so there was new motor attached to the filter. Suddenly within 15 days when the technician came for service, motor stopped working, upon calling technician somewhat he destroyed the whole motor. Now they are asking me to purchase new motor for my filter. How these people are making it as a business, They are FRAUD. They themselves destroyed motor within a month and now they want me to purchase again. They are such non technical people who don't know how to fix the problem rather they are creating new problems, On discussing this to Kent representative, she is talking in a very rude manner.
Kent Service is really bad, they themselves are destroying things. The company is full of non technical and unprofessional people. Get my motor repaired or provide me new Filter motor, I am not going to pay a single penny for this. Was this information helpful? |
