[Resolved] Kent RO — complain about the local service technician of jorhat, assam as well as kent

Initially i think kent is a well company, which provide good service to customare, but, i just buy kent grand mineral ro which was installed on 13/11/2018 and after one month show problem... And the service technician solve the filtration problem by applying new pre filter but, after 2 days it become functionless that cannot filtrate water... And the filter was under warrenty period... I am so sad for express the name of the service technician... Mr. Ujjal
