We have takent kent purifier on January 2020 ...almost 1year and recently we got service signal and very soon it stoped stopped purifying water ...we complaint to the customer care and some person came for service and told that we have to change total candle and it costs 4500...while taking purifier the person promised that till 3 years u will not get this problem and only we have to do servicings between...but we dint expect this type of problem from well know company...and this is not the correct way to collect money...u should not cheat people...spending yearly 4500 what is the use of taking it...before we used aqua guard for 8years but we dint get this problem...i will post in social media regarding this complaint...and solve my problem very soon
