[Resolved] Kent RO — complaint against faulty ro machine and technician named nawab | |||||
I have purchased Kent RO grand plus. Since installation it is faulty and it's TDS automatically comes down to 50 from 125 whereas the TDS of raw water increases. The technician named Nawab says he has no idea for this type of defect as he has not dealt with such issues earlier. He also disconnects phone. He is quite rude and arrogant. The dealer is also not responding. When contacted the kent customer care they said they will ensure that a seniors technical will visit but from the last 10 days since I complained no body has visited. Rather a message is coming at least 4-5 times a day that your complaint has been send for cancellation. Plz. Take action and let me know. Plz take immediate action as it is related to quality of water which will effect my whole family. Was this information helpful? | |||||
