[Resolved] Kent RO — complaint against product kent ro grand plus | |||
I have purchased one kent ro grand plus in 15500 in july, 18 from amazon after verifying warranty for 1 year and service warranty for 3 years. However, today i. E on 07th april 2019 when still 3 months warranty is left company service engineer charged rs. 1000 for 2 filter and as per him warranty on filter is 6 months. When warranty on filter is 6 months then why the company is advertising waranty for one year, even i have checked amazon account today also for this product still its showing warranty 1 year plus service warranty 3 years. I want the. Company should be penalised for wrong advertisement. They have no authority to cheat customer. And i want my amount to be returned immediately and company should take his ro back. I.
