In October 2022 we made a service request for replacement of filter candles. The service person Mr. Chittaranjan came from Bhadrak (Odisha) and replaced 3 candles and I paid Rs 4200/- for the same. Before the service, the light indicator and sensor to stop water overflow was working fine. But after he left, we found that the same were not working. We requested him to repair the same but for last 7 months he has been ignoring the request.
We need the the light indicator and sensor to stop water overflow to be made good and take appropriate action against the person and intimate us the same. Was this information helpful? |
