Kent RO — Complaint regarding none attending/completing of case ID [protected]

Address:Bhujibani, Upper Bagdogra, Kolkata Road, Near Pretty women beauty parlour,

My request for service of Kent RO regarding water leaking has not been cleared. Sudip Sarkar has attended twice but not completely solved the issue. Case ID [protected] has been closed without solving the problem raised. Again request made under case ID [protected] on 31 Jan 2022 was attended but not solved by the Engineer representative. My parents are facing problem as I am away from home. Requesting to solve the issues at the earliest.
