I have bought kent prime in november 2016.
We are facing lot of issues with the system. We had to replace each and every part within1.5 years. It seems more like our particular product is more faulty.
We have raised several complaints using customer service but not getting any proper response.
Please help?
Request you to replace the machine it's too faulty as we have changed all the parts inside it within one year.
I didn't think kent will give this kind of faulty products.. I can agree one in 10000 has faults but it has to be replaced in that case. Was this information helpful? |
