On 1st Jun'21, we called for servicing & installation of pre-filter unit in RO system.
Few parts cleaned & refixed by service person.
But the machine is giving baap/alarm continuously.
After repeated follow up, service person of your company attended it today.
He told us that all the three cylinders (membranes) are to be changed since it is older than one year.
The cost of which is Rs.3500.00.
I want to know, why such heavy maintenance charges are required every year & why it is not made clear before selling such silly products.
Moreover, one of my friend who purchased the same system & at their advice, we also purchased it after one month, they never changed the cylinders so far. Only some filter unit /part of approx Rs.250/- replaced once in a year.
It seems that on 1.6.21, your service person have damaged some part due to which alarm started. Today some other service person attended it, but could not repair it.
Please arrange to repair the system without changing the cylinders. Was this information helpful? |
