[Resolved] Kent RO — CONTINUOUS FAULT IN KENT RO SYSTEM. | |||
Sir/Madam, I have purchased a KENT RO System (Machine no KR[protected] model no Kent Super +MRO manufactured by kent RO systems on 04 August 2014 and till now it got faulty for more than four times and after paying the required sum, i am not satisfied with the service and the machine has not worked for a month even after replacement of motor and membrane .This is all contrary to the advertisement attached and a copy of bill of same RO attached for your reference seems more ironical .It is requested to replace the machine for the satisfaction of the customer against value paid.
