Dear Sir / Madam
On 25th August, 2021 on my request your service technician visited my residence at Noida. After monitoring my machine he told me that it will cost Rs5420 and my machine will work as a new machine. I agreed to it and he changed a few spares. I also informed him that next week I will be shifting my residence to Delhi. He assured me that there will be no problem. After shifting I called your service man to re-install which was done at a charge of Rs320 on 31st, August 2021. After a few hours of re-installation water started overflowing. On my complaint the technician who visited informed me that I should pay another Rs2400 for the pump which is leaking.
Right now I am buying mineral water paying a whooping amount as my RO is not working.
Had the technician told me earlier, I would never had invested so much in the old machine. Your regional manager to whom I called today Mr Devendra (contact no [protected]) told me that he is ready to replace the part free of cost only if I do a AMC with your company.
It seems I am trapped and cheated by a reputed company like kent.
Kindly resolve my matter at the earliest.
