Kent RO — Damage of machine installed within 6 months and replacement of new parts is denied | |||||
I had purchased a brand new kent Ro filter with its authorised dealer and the machine is having regular problem from the day it is installed. Now, within 6 months the company is saying a parts of machine is damage and they and going to replace it with used parts instead of brand new one. I want to complain that why i would use second hand part though the machine is giving problem from day 1. Was this information helpful? | |||||
