Pathetic experience. Defective product. Purchased kent pride plus ro on[protected]. Person came to install and found that device was not functioning properly, changed 'she. Product still did not function. Again new technician came and changed 'sv' again product still did not function. My installation request is open. And i am roaming around with everyone saying we can not replace ur defective piece. I will suggest never buy kent ro or they will make ur life hell with their defective products. Now dealer is saying not my responsibility and service centre executive mr. Jitendra is saying i can not replace. Dealer has knowingly sold me defective product and is harassing me.
