I purchased Kent Pearl water purifier machine on 16.01.2021 having Product Code 11002. However, the said machine is not working properly since day as the water stops coming from the pipe every now and then for which as many as 10 (ten) complaints have been registered till now. Each such time the technicians visit and suggest change in parts including filters, motor etc. and take monies with the assurance only to fail every time. Have already spent approximately Rs. 8, 000/- in addition to ordering 100's of gallons of mineral water from market. Meaning thereby I have already spent almost the same amount for which the machine was bought and that too within one year of its purchase. It is apparent that this is a well thought conspiracy to somehow extract monies from customers in the name of selling parts / AMCs by delivering faulty products. This is something which is least expected from a brand like KENT.
From the above, it is clear that the machine in question has manufacturing defects and the same has duly been acknowledged by all technicians also who have visited our place.
In view of what is stated herein above, it is requested that suitable action be taken against them and that my machine be replaced and additional money spent on it till now be refunded. Relevant documents pertaining to the complaint are enclosed herewith.
