Kent has replaced motor/pump twice in a span of 3 yrs siting leakage & charged rs 5800 which is obnoxious.
On further 10th march, 2017 was the motor replaced to my shock when it is down i find the motor was a demonstration piece (Enclosed) & failed in short span of time. I complained as motor again started leaking & kent guy asked for rs 2800.
Repeated emails & reminders has no effect on the co neither are they escalating it to higher authorities.
It is shameful & poor customer service (Not even acknowledging) mails, cheating & only concerned about collecting money.
I have been following since march 2017 & have now abandoned writing them. I need resolution for their no response & free replacement of defective motor which was a demonstrative piece of which photo & details were emailed to them.
