Kent RO — delay in installation and rude behaviour of staff

I had purchased Kent water purifier on saturday and called the customer care for installation. I got the conformation through SMS. But 60 hrs have passed and no one visited for installation . I had called five times to the assigned technician named Sanjay but he was rude in his response. Now I don't know what to do next. Kindly resolve the issue .
