Dear sir/madam,
I, Poornesh D, has kent ro machine which is out of warranty. I did paid service on 12/09/2023 costed upto 4500/-. Within 3 days machine getting water leakage.
Regarding this i complained the service provider whom attended by looking contact details provided in the non GST bill of 4500/-.
He assured me to send person but he not sent the service engineer and he stopped receiving my phone call or blocked.
So, i again officially booked for service request on 27/09/2023 but ticket was closed without attending the fault.
My humble request to the company please not to sell the products to semi urban/rural areas if the company unable to provide the service on time.
My family has 3 small kids whom facing the issues due to non availability of RO water,
I request the company to take serious measures to service engineer for his negligence. Was this information helpful? |
