As for my complain on Monday dtd. 20.12.2021 for my KENT GRAND PLUS MINERAL RO water purifier not working two requests were generated:

For the request no[protected] service technician Mr. Avi from Star enterprises came @ 6.30 pm.
He found:
1. pre filter candle was cloged
As he was not having pre filter candle, he made it direct & replaced membrane filter(blue), inline sediment filter(blue) & inline carbon filter(blue) without checking the failure of existing filters with membrane filter(blue), inline sediment filter(pink) & inline carbon filter(pink) & charged Rs. 3500.00 when asked for bill of the items changed, he refuses to give by excusing he don't have authority & took OTP for closing the call.
Next day on 22.12.2021 technician from R. P electronics Mr. Akshay came for the request no.[protected] of the same complain when observed found that membrane filter changed is blue in color instead of pink(service part) other two filters chaned is pink colour. He revealed that membrane filter which was replaced is used one as blue colour indicate product part. He replaced this filter with orginal previous (old) membrane filter & found working ok.
I am sure problem was due to clogging of pre filter candel & unessarily changed RO three filters & that too with used one (membranne filter) ony to grab the filter cost Rs. 2750.00.
Request to take necessary action & refund my membrane filter cost Rs.2750 which is unnessarliy replaced that too with used one. If not refund immediately I will lodge compain in Consumer court against Kent for repacing spuroius/used parts.
Awaiting for immediate refund.
