[Resolved] Kent RO — Drinking Water Crisis | |||
Hi, i had renewed the service contract with Expert Services, vendor of Kent RO for one year from 26/4/2015 to 25/04/2016. Sales Respresentative Prasun Dey of Expert Services in Kolkata have already taken the cheque of Rs 4400 on 25th April from me for the renewal of contract howeever till date following services as per the contract has not been provided: 1. carbon filter chnage 2. sediment filter change 3.pre-filter change 4.FRT along with the membrane and now the water is not getting filtered, Infact water is simply unfit for consumption. we are currently buying water for consumption inspite of having a KENT RO at home. please resolve my issue at the earliest.
