I bought this product a month ago and from the day it was installed it is having problem, there is a thin layer of oil i can find in the water... I raised multiple service requests and till now they have not fixed it. Now the service guy is saying the tank is a problem and the tank is not covered in warranty, imagine the unit is not even a month old... I made a big mistake of buying kent, they are pathetic in responding to services, especially pearl infotech (Bangalore)
