Hello, i am your customer, who is troubled for the last several days, i had recently got my kent service done, in which i have been cheated, i raised the service request from the customer care number of kent and the technician who came also told that it is from kent but the parts they have installed in my kent are duplicate and not of kent company and when i came to know that these parts are not of kent, then i complained but the customer care executive who was there said that your serial number of kent is not registered with them, they asked me a reference number which comes on sms after generating service request, so i told them that i have not received any reference number on sms. I have only received the name and number of the technician through sms. Now when i am complaining, after being so upset, i am not getting any response from kent, i have also confirmed with the technician who came that he is from kent only. My kent doesn't even have correct tds the taste of water is getting worse day by day. "to stay healthy one should drink clean water, for which i had purchased kent ro from you", but i am being provided duplicate products in the name of service, what should i expect from kent.
I need solution as soon as possible and if due to wrong tds and duplicate parts of your product.
