I purchased a Kent RO in Guwahati in 2020 and asked for servicing last week. I was allotted case id[protected] . No one came for servicing but I received a SMS message that my case has been resolved. I reported this immediately to the customer care number and I was given a lame excuse that the message was sent due to some technical mistake. Again I was given a fresh case id[protected] and was promised servicing within 24-hours. Again as usual no one came for servicing and again SMS message came that my case has been successfully resolved.
I want to know from Kent why such fraudulent messages are being sent and why they are not providing servicing to customers even after charging and promising them to provide servicing. I also want to know why I should not seek legal remedy against them through consumer protection forum. I want to know the names and addresses of those people who are giving these false messages and receiving servicing charges fraudulently and what action has the management of KENT RO taken against them .
